Li Shangyin’s Poetry – Intoxicated with Flowers-

Listen to this article
Li Shangyin courtesy name Yishan (Chinese: 義山), was a Chinese poet and politician of the late Tang dynasty

Intoxicated with Flowers

Drinking with rainbow cloud and flowers blooming bright,

Under a tree I fall asleep till sunset looms.

Guests gone, and sobered from wine in the deep of night,

Candle in hand,I go to see the overbloom.
