李白墓[1]
采石江边李白坟，
绕田无限草连云。
可怜[2]荒垄穷泉骨，
曾有惊天动地文。
但是诗人多薄命，
就中[3]沦落不过君。
李白墓在采石矶江边，采石矶原名牛渚矶，是牛渚山突出长江的部分形成的。李白墓的周围一片荒凉，无边无际的野草从山下的田边一直延伸到天边。第三句的“荒垄”指荒芜的坟墓，“穷泉”就是黄泉，指埋葬人的地下。第四句说，李白的诗“笔落惊风雨，诗成泣鬼神”。第五句说，只可惜诗人的命运不好。第六句说，诗人中没有比李白更落魄的了。全诗对李白做了极高的评价，对诗人身后的萧条表示了深切的同情和不平。

Li Bai’s Grave
By riverside near Rocky Hill Li Bai’s grave stands;
The boundless grassland round the fields blends with the cloud.
What a pity his bones are buried in wastelands!
With his earth-shaking poems the world was loud.
There is no poet but suffers a bitter fate;
Beside Li Bai no one can say he’s unfortunate!
