About Guangdong Industry Polytechnic

Founded in 1933, Guangdong Industry Polytechnic is the only national model higher vocational college in Guangdong Province, the construction unit of high level vocational school with Chinese characteristics and high level professional cluster (“double high plan”), with more than 20,000 full-time students. The school was formerly known as Guangdong First Vocational School, which has a history of 88 years of vocational education, and has provided undergraduate vocational education during the periods of 1959-1963 and 1978-1983.
