Outdoors green shade spreads far and wide;
Golden orioles sing side by side.
They wake and sadden me,
I rise and go around the well under the plane tree.
What a tranquil day!

《如梦令·门外绿阴千顷》是北宋时期曹组创作的一首词，主要写的是词人睡起前后的所见所闻。这首词看似在写无聊意绪，但词人由“动”生“情”，表明他心中所期待的，或许是在等着一位女子的到来，但词人点到为止，并不说破，就显得言尽而意无穷，其中意味妙不胜收。
这首词借景抒发了词人百般无聊，孤寂惆怅之情。
This is a lyric written by Cao Yu during the Northern Song Dynasty, mainly about what the lyricist saw and heard before and after he fell asleep. The lyric seems to be about boredom, but the lyricist creates “emotion” from “movement”, indicating that what he expects in his heart is perhaps waiting for the arrival of a woman, but the lyricist does not say anything until the end, so it seems that the meaning of the words is endless.
The lyrics express the lyricist’s boredom, loneliness and melancholy through the scenery.
