About Zhejiang Conservatory of Music
A publicly-funded institution approved by the Ministry of Education of China, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music (ZJCM) is located in Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province in east China, the city with three world cultural heritages: the West Lake, the Grand Canal, and Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City.The conservatory offers comprehensive learning options for art talents. Programmes range widely from composition, conducting, vocal, various instruments, to music technology, drama studies, and dance performance. ZJCM houses 12 academic departments and various professional performing ensembles. A total of 3,276 students are studying on its 100-acre picturesque campus.
