Chongqing Technology and Business University attaches great importance to international cooperation and exchange and has been adopting the “Opening-up Strategy”. So far, the university has established partnership with nearly 60 universities and institutions in 17 countries and regions in the world. Active and in-depth cooperation has been conducted with partners.
CTBU has two Sino-foreign joint ventures—- International Business School and Modern International Design and Arts Academy. Both are among the first 7 Sino-foreign joint degree programs approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Cooperating with French universities as University of Toulouse, Canadian universities as HEC Montreal, and British universities as University of Lincoln, IBS offers 2+2 double degree undergraduate programs and 3+1 postgraduate programs in economics and management. Cooperating with FOUNDATION ISEC, the Netherlands, MIADA offers programs in art and design. Other programs as ACCA, CFA and ISM are offered by School of Accounting and School of Finance.
In recent years, CTBU has conducted joint research, joint course development, and academic training and exchanges with partners, which help the academic improvement of faculty and discipline. Various long or short-term programs as “campus abroad”, CTBU Study and Culture Tour, summer programs, internship or other exchange programs have help cultivate an international perspective and cross-cultural awareness for both CTBU students and students from partner universities.
CTBU will continously work together with partners and explore more possibilities of cooperation and exchange.
