Lu Youjiao said, “The villain waited for the place to visit, but he didn’t hear from me. Later, I heard that Khan invited Taoist Priest Qiu Chuji of Quanzhen Sect, and our gang got the news from the officials. Now we come to help.” Guo Jing stayed for a long time and thought, “The Beggars’ Sect all over the world don’t know the whereabouts of Ronger, I’m afraid it’s bad luck…” His eyes could not help blushing.
Guo Jing ordered his soldiers to settle down the gang members and went to Beijing News to sweat. Khan said, “Well, it’s all under your command.” Guo Jing was scolded by Khan when he talked about resigning. Guo Jing could not, but went back to his account and remained silent.
In the evening, Lu Youjiao asked about the matter and went in to comfort him: “I heard that the official had a Wu Mu’s suicide note from Yue Fei. This is the key to the military battle. Isn’t it useful?” This remark reminded Guo Jing, took it out immediately, and lit the lamp and read it until dawn. But some places in the book can’t be understood.
The next day, Guo Jing asked Lu Youjiao for advice. Lu Youjiao said, “The villain is unknown for a moment. Let’s think about it later.” He only paid the bill for a moment, and when he came back, he could explain it clearly. Guo Jing was very happy and continued to ask him for advice. Strange to say, Elder Lu could not answer in person, but once he went out, he could solve the problem.
On this day, Guo Jing deliberately asked a word. Lu Youjiao said that he had to go out and think about it. As soon as Lu Youjiao paid the bill, Guo Jing followed up secretly. He rushed into a small account and soon returned. Seeing Guo Jing face to face, he said, “The villain thinks about it.” Then he said the sound and meaning of the word.
Guo smiled and said, “You have another master. Why don’t you come to see me?” Then he walked to the small account. As soon as the curtain was opened, the back curtain shook back and forth, but no one was seen. Guo Jing expected that there must be a senior person to help him here, but he didn’t want to meet him. He thought it would be inconvenient to impose difficulties on others, and put the matter aside now.
Since then, Guo Jing has been reading military books at night, and practicing his soldiers in the daytime according to the law in the books. More than a month later, the team of ten thousand people under his command had made Yue Fei’s eight battle tactics exercises very hot.
One day, the sky was clear and crisp. Fifteen thousand people of Mongolia lined up on the prairie. Genghis Khan sacrificed to heaven and earth, and vowed to go out. Before leaving, Khan said to the generals, “I am in my 60s. I may not come back alive after this expedition. I want to have a son today, and I can follow my great cause in the future.”
The generals waited for Khan to name his successor. But Dading said to the eldest son, Shuchi, and the second son, Chagatai, “Who do you think should stand up?” But neither of them was convinced, and instead they quarreled in front of the sweat.
Genghis Khan was furious when he saw this, and thought to himself, “The two brothers are so self enemies today. What should we do in the future?” So he set up the three sons’ nest. When Genghis Khan feasted the generals to celebrate the new crown prince.
Guo Jing was also a little drunk when the general Zhitie broke up late at night and went back to the camp. He was about to take off his clothes and sleep when a private soldier rushed into the tent and reported: “No, my son-in-law, the first prince and the second prince are drunk, and each of them took his soldiers to fight.” Guo Jing was shocked and said, “Report the sweat quickly.” “The sweat is drunk, and can’t wake him up.”
