Neusoft Institute Guangdong is a private ordinary university established with the approval of the Ministry of Education and funded by Neusoft. In 2003, Nanhai Neusoft Information Technology Vocational College was established. In 2004, it was identified by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province as the “first batch of provincial demonstration software colleges in Guangdong Province”. In 2005, it was recognized by the Ministry of Education as the “national training base for computer application and software technology professionals with skills in short supply”. In 2014, it was upgraded to an ordinary undergraduate school, renamed as Guangdong Neusoft University, and carried out full-time undergraduate education. In 2018, it passed the review of the bachelor degree awarding unit of the newly-built undergraduate college.

Neusoft Institute Guangdong is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, an important manufacturing town, and the core park of Foshan Hi tech Industrial Development Zone. At present, it has built a modern campus with beautiful environment, complete facilities, complete functions and advanced equipment, covering an area of 538700 square meters and a building area of 320700 square meters.
