讲述人：那时候翻看女孩子的书包，总能从里面拎出由无数根橡皮筋结成的一根长长的皮筋来，而跳皮筋的花样也是一套套的，一般还都配着童谣，比如“马兰花，马兰花，风吹雨打都不怕，勤劳的人儿在说话，请你马上就开花。”女孩们三五成群地蹦着跳着，在一根充满韧性和弹性的绳子上变换着无穷的花样。这种游戏不受场地限制，找一个相对空旷的地方，不会磕着碰着就行，跳、蹦的动作很多，双臂也要顺势摆动，运动量较大，达到锻炼的效果。
Narrator:Boys who stole girls’ schoolbags always found a long rubber-band with several short rubber-bands tied together in the olden days. Girls would play at rubber-band skipping in different ways, but always to the accompaniment of different nursery rhymes, such as ‘Malan flower, Malan flower, stands up to severe wind and rain; industrious man is speaking, hope you can bloom soon’. Three to five girls skip with different patterns on a resilient and elastic rubber-band. The game is not limited to one specific playing ground; a relatively open place with no bumps and barriers is enough. Girls always swing their shoulders to follow different skipping patterns. The game is very energetic, helping girls achieve a high level of fitness.
