Changchun Humanities and Sciences College is located in the beautiful Changchun Jingyue National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Founded in 1988, it has gone through two college-running stages: Jilin International Language and Culture College and Northeast Normal University College of Humanities. In December 2020, it was officially renamed Changchun Humanities and Sciences College with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It has a history of 33 years. The college has two campuses in East and West and Shuangyang campus. It covers an area of 576,000 square meters and a building area of 260,000 square meters. The college regards the country’s development needs as its historical mission and is the first of its kind in China’s welfare education. In 2008, China’s Northeast Educational Base for Socialized Elderly Care settled in the college. In 2010, we took the lead in establishing the College of Welfare and Welfare in the country, offering undergraduate education in welfare, and invested in the construction of a well-being laboratory building with advanced equipment and complete functions; the college formulated the “Outline for the Establishment of Welfare Career Planning”, and established the undergraduate welfare education, welfare research, and socialization.
