《淀江道中口占》

From this lone village rises dimly a wisp of smoke;
孤村隐隐起微烟,
Everywhere is heard the rice-sprout song as farmers toil in the field.
处处秧歌竞插田。
A lean horse need not worry about the long road ahead—
羸马未须愁远道,
The peach blossoms, lovely and red, leap onto my singing whip.
桃花红欲上吟鞭。
