This is an episode from the 1961 film “Hong Hu Red Guard”, a Chinese folk song about the poor people of Hong Hu (a county in Hubei Province, where there is a lake called “Hong Hu”) who, under the leadership of the Communist Party, praise the beautiful environment of the area, understand the root cause of their poverty, and resolve to take Marxism as their ideology, and fight against the Kuomintang and Peng Batian* landlord
**”Sanbanggu” is a folk art in western Hubei, performed by one person who beats the gong, one person who plays the drums and one person who dances with a knife(Knives are props, not the kind of weapons that have the power to kill), accompanied by multiple people singing（Source:http://wlt.hubei.gov.cn/hbsfwzwhycw/wszt/qy/202005/t20200519_2278202.shtml）
