仪真[2]江上夜泊

黄机

寒江夜宿,
长啸江之曲[3]。
水底鱼龙惊动,
风卷地,
浪翻屋。

诗情吟未足,
酒兴断还续。
草草兴亡休问,
功名泪,
欲盈掬[4]。

注释:
[1]霜天晓角:词牌名。又名“月当窗”“踏月”。此词调首见于《全芳备祖前集》,宋代词人林逋取其前片的意境用为词牌名。
[2]仪真:现在的江苏省仪征县。它位于长江北岸,在南宋时期曾多次受到金兵骚扰。
[3]曲:江湾的曲折处。
[4]掬:双手捧取。

Huang Ji

At night my boat is tied
By the cold riverside,
I croon for long
My verse and song.
In water deep
The startled fish and dragon leap.
Wind sweeps the ground;
In waves houses seem drowned.

I have not crooned my fill;
Not drank, then I drink still.
Don’t ask at all
About the rise and fall!
How can I not shed tears
Over the lost frontiers?
