Established in 2001, Shanghai Industry and Commerce Foreign Language Vocational College is located between Pudong Airport and Yangshan Deep-water Port. It is a full-time private higher education institution approved by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and registered by the Ministry of Education. With 8000 students, it is one of the largest private vocational colleges in Shanghai.

The school follows the Party’s educational policy, ADAPTS to the national reform and opening up, serves the regional economic construction, bases itself on Shanghai, faces the Yangtze River Delta, and radiant the central and western regions.
