The major of law cultivates senior professionals who systematically master legal knowledge, are familiar with China’s laws and relevant policies of the party and can engage in legal work in state organs, enterprises, institutions, and social organizations, especially in legislative organs, administrative organs, procuratorial organs, judicial organs, arbitration institutions, and legal service institutions.
2. Curriculum arrangement and progress
2.1 Curriculum settings
The courses of illegal studies of ASUS include degree courses and non-degree courses. Degree courses are compulsory courses, including public courses and professional courses. Non-degree courses include elective and supplementary courses. The main courses include jurisprudence, Chinese legal history, foreign legal history, logic, constitution, administrative law and administrative procedure law, civil law general theory, civil law theory, commercial law, intellectual property law, economic law, criminal law general theory, criminal law theory, civil procedure law, criminal procedure law, international public law, international private law, international economic law, environmental resources law, labor, and social security law Legal English, official document writing and handling.
2.2 Overall curriculum arrangement and progress
The illegal learning curriculum arrangement of Fasu mainly focuses on the first three semesters of graduate students. The first and the next two semesters of postgraduate study are relatively heavy, and there are many subjects to study, which require the students and younger martial arts to prepare for their psychological needs. The third semester, the first half of the second semester, is a little less than the first semester. In the second half of the year, the students mainly practice outside the school. After the first three semesters of concentrated learning, the course of this study is basically finished, and there will be no classes in the second semester and the third semester of research. The third part is mainly engaged in writing papers and finding work units.
2.3 Curriculum arrangement and schedule details
The main purpose of the first semester is the direction of professional courses. On the one hand, because we are halfway out of the country, we do not learn as fine as the law school students, and the things of postgraduate entrance examination are the only fur. To help the newly enrolled students and younger martial sisters to contact and understand the illegal study of the French Academy, the courses are more and more detailed. On the other hand, more courses can be concentrated in a short time, reducing the gap between us and law students. At the same time, through the study of professional courses, most students can find their own favorite direction to learn. For the final of the second research tutor selection, professional direction selection in advance to make the bedding. Civil law is divided into general principles, property rights, claims, infringement, contracts. Criminal law is mainly divided into general provisions of criminal law, and criminal law is divided into teaching. There are also other courses, such as the constitution. The first half-semester of the course includes administrative law, criminal prosecution, civil lawsuit, intellectual property rights, legal English course, legal methodology, legal professional ethics, etc. I have to study a lot of courses in the first and second half of the semester, so I am very busy in my first half. The courses offered in the last semester of the second semester mainly tend to be practical and cultivate their own professional skills and practical application, which are carried out in the form of simulated courts, mainly involving three procedural laws of procedural law. After all, the next semester will be in the internship stage. The arrangement and progress of the second semester and the third semester of the research are reflected in the fourth item of this paper and are not described here.

9.4 For more information about scholarships and grants, please refer to the graduate school website or the website of each enrollment college.
10. Strengthen the selection and precautions of the course
The selection and construction of intensive courses should be considered comprehensively in terms of personal interest and preference, the complexity of learning tasks in each semester, their learning ability, and their practicability. There will be some interesting courses in the first stage of research, such as the history of Chinese and foreign legal system, etc.,
but because there are many courses in the first stage of research, if you also join the College Research Association, Youth Association, and other student organizations, you will be busier. Some courses can not only go but also increase their burden.
But if you can fully allocate your time, you feel like you have spare time to finish the professional class, and it is a good choice to learn more courses and cultivate your interests. There are two kinds of reinforcement courses, i.e. lawyer practice and arbitration, which are generally studied in the last semester of the second semester. For the later work of lawyers or suggestions interested in arbitration, we will learn from them.
In fact, the usability and cost performance is relatively high. In the last semester, some intensive courses will be offered in the second semester, because the courses in this stage are relatively loose, and the class time of each course is relatively short. Students have the time to choose a good intensive course to study pertinently. Yes, it is targeted choice learning. Although the time of this stage is relatively loose, mainly from the professional class quantity, because the direction of our papers has been basically set at this time, so the tutor will often ask students to read a lot of books, open reading meetings, and generally not easy. Besides, we should prepare for internships. Therefore, choosing a cost-effective intensive course can learn and effectively save enough time to do other things.
