To ensure an orderly start of the semester, the following arrangements and notifications are hereby issued:
- Back-to-school Time
Please return to school before February 24th, 2025(Monday), The official class time for the spring semester of 2025 is February 25th (Tuesday). Students are requested to attend classes on time according to the schedule.
Students who can not come back on time should ask permission in advance according to rules. Failure to return to campus punctually, resulting in absenteeism and overstayed residence permits, will be subject to sanctions as stipulated in the International Student Management Regulations Handbook of Wenzhou University.
2. Back-to-school Safety
Students are advised to remain vigilant about personal and property safety during the journey back to school.
Take good care of important documents such as passports. Only choose licensed and reputable transportation services. Stay informed about weather conditions and monitor your health status closely. Take necessary precautions and make appropriate arrangements in a timely manner to address any potential issues. Students who returned from outside of China,as well as those returning to campus after a long period of residence in other cities,should do the residence registration at Police Station within 24 hours after return to campus(Students living in D Area are required to report to Chashan Police Station, while students living off-campus should report to the police station that has jurisdiction over their place of residence).
3. Dorm Safety
After returning to the dormitory, please check whether the facilities are in good condition.
If any issues are found, you may contact the dormitory supervisor to report them for maintenance.
All students are required to comply with dormitory regulations by refraining from unauthorized electrical wiring installations and prohibited appliance usage, ensuring both electrical safety and fire prevention measures are maintained.
4. Arrangement for Deferred and Make-up Exams
According to the Academic Regulations for International Students at Wenzhou University, international students who fail the final assessment or have applied for a deferred exam in the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year may take the exam at the beginning of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
The list of students and the exam schedule will be announced in the first week of the new semester.
5. Preparation for the New Semester
Students are encouraged to adjust their schedules in advance and develop a comprehensive study plan for the upcoming semester.

6. Insurance Purchase
Please check the status of your personal health insurance and if it has expired, please log on to the official website to renew the insurance in time to protect your own health rights.（https://lxbx.net/home）
7. School Fees Payment
Please complete your school fees payment BEFORE February 23, 2025 in the international students system (website: https://wzu.17gz.org/).
Any consequences resulting from failure to pay on time, such as student registration failure, disqualification from participating in academic activities and residence permit overdue will be subject to sanctions as stipulated in the International Student Management Regulations Handbook of Wenzhou University.
