Listen to this article公元635年（唐太宗贞观九年），唐太宗极为宠爱重臣虞世南，将当时富庶的永兴县划给虞世南作为封地，时有“虞永兴”之谓。贞观十一年（637年），虞世南在高陵城（据《湖广方舆纪要·湖广七十六》记：高陵城址，设在永兴县长乐乡宣化里深湖口，现陶港镇潘桥乡吴东陈处）过的丁酉年春节，在其春夜游园之际，虞世南留下了《春夜》一诗。

春苑月裴回，竹堂侵夜开。
惊鸟排林度，风花隔水来。

In the springtime garden the moon tarries;
A bamboo hall opens at nightfall.
A startled bird cleaves the forest in passage,
