The snack originated in Baoding City, Cangzhou City, Hejian City, Langfang City and Dacheng County, Hebei Province, and is widely spread in the central Hebei plain. The stewed donkey meat is sandwiched into the crisp fire with the old soup. It is very delicious. Later, after continuous development and promotion, the donkey meat fire was finally famous in the north and south of the river.
