纸屏石枕竹方床，
手倦抛书午梦[2]长。
睡起莞然[3]成独笑，
数声渔笛在沧浪[4]。
注释：
[1] 蔡确：做过宋神宗的宰相。《千家诗》注说：“倚于纸屏，藉乎石枕，卧于竹床，闲观书史，手倦抛书于床，因而假寐，栩栩然不知午梦之长。梦醒之时，莞然独笑。忽闻沧浪之水，渔人吹笛数声，惊回吾梦。其悠然自得之趣可知矣。”这是一首消闲诗。

[3] 莞然：微笑的样子。
[4] 沧浪：水名，此处泛指隐居江湖。
A Summer Day in the Pavilion
Cai Que
On stone pillow in bamboo bed with paper screen,
Tired, I throw my book away and take a nap long.
Awake from dream, I rise and smile alone, unseen,
For I’ve heard on the waves the fisherman’s flute song.
《夏日登车盖亭》是北宋诗人蔡确创作的的一首七言绝句。诗中描写作者被贬安州官冷身闲，得以放情山水的逸兴，并化用《楚辞·渔父》句意，隐约地表达了对现实的不满和对隐遁生活的向往，闲静的基调中含沉郁之致，委婉深切。
The poem “A Summer Day in the Pavilion” is a seven-line poem written by Cai Cai, a poet of the Northern Song Dynasty. The poem depicts the author’s dislocation from his official position in Anzhou, where he was able to relax and enjoy the landscape, and uses the meaning of the lines from “The Fisherman’s Father” to vaguely express his dissatisfaction with reality and his desire to live in seclusion.
