“retreat with everything intact” may sound a bit strange. What this phrase means literally, is “full body retreat”, meaning you leave with no harm to you, no negative consequences, nothing lost, nothing left behind, and no more association with the situation.
More colloquially, it can be called a “clean getaway”. But that makes it sound like you’re escaping a bad situation, which the lyrics here just mean that she’s giving up/giving away something she can’t get back.
