Every Single Night
Suddenly I find myself without words and in the silence I carefully look at you,
My only hope is to see once again, that vision that bring me a sense of warmth,
On the long long winding road the day has yet to come where you and I will meet again,
The sight that I see today I will remember each day a thousand times.Fading already is the memory of how we weathered those many trials and tribulations,
My only focus is all the happiness and laughter, most of which came about because of you.
On the long winding road regardless of what places you and I end up in the future,
[Any] A day where the wind rises up, [is] A day where I will not forget about you.*Every single night, I look into the distance,
at the boundless sea of stars, filled with dots of starlight.
I ask that the infinite star scape, light the path for you,
(I extort the sound of the wind to take my place and call you a thousand times).Our friendship is boundless even as you and I are separated across 2 shores,
This heart will always follow along with you even as you go to that far far place,
When you are lonely and you are in need of a familiar sight,
you only need to recall gently the memory of me one time.

Author’s comments:
The Chinese has a lot of parallel structure that is hard to project in to english. I tried my best to give a sense of the poetry as well as the meaning.
Every Single Night
Suddenly I speechlessly quiet down and look at you carefully,
Just want to look at your sight that makes me feel warm once more.
On the long and winding road, if you and I won’t meet on that day,
I’ll think of today’s sight thousand times everyday.Already faded from my memory how much rough waters I have passed through with you,
Just know most of the laughters, were because of you.
On the long journey wherever you and I will be in the future,
One day there is a wind blows, one day I will not forget you.*Every single night, I will look into the distance,
the infinite galaxy, every dot of starlight.
May thousands miles of interstellar space lighten your path,
(Urge sounds of winds calling you thousand times).Friendship will long lasting, even though you and I are separated at two shores.
This heart is always with you at that distant location.
