齐宫词
永寿[1]兵来夜不扃[2]，
金莲[3]无复印中庭。
梁台[4]歌管三更罢，
犹自风摇九子铃[5]。
前两句写南齐废帝荒淫无度，身死国亡；后两句写梁代君主同样荒淫，其结局也没有什么不同。该诗以古喻今，抨击了当朝的骄奢淫逸与腐朽没落，讽刺辛辣，令人慨叹，务须戒鉴。
注释：
[1]永寿：殿名。南齐废帝萧宝卷宠爱潘妃，修建永寿、玉寿、神仙等宫殿，四壁都用黄金涂饰。
[2]扃：关宫门。501年，雍州刺史萧衍（即后来的梁武帝）率兵攻入南齐京城建康（今江苏省南京市），齐的叛臣王珍国等做内应，将宫门打开，萧衍带兵进入，萧宝卷被杀。
[3]金莲：萧宝卷凿金为莲花贴地，令潘妃行其上曰：“此步步生莲花也。”
[4]梁台：晋、宋间称朝廷禁省为台。
[5]九子铃：挂在宫殿寺庙檐前作装饰用的铃，用金、玉等材料制成。
Song of the Ancient Palace
When the foe came at night,unguarded was the palace door;
In mid-court golden lotus blooms left trace no more.
At midnight the new emperor did not stop singing;
The ancient palace bells in the breeze still kept ringing.
Note:In 501 the last emperor of the Qi（齐）Dynasty was enjoying the dance of golden lotus blooms when the Liang（梁）army came and killed the last Qi emperor and founded the Liang Dynasty.But the new emperor of Liang still enjoyed music and dance as the emperor of Qi,so the Liang Dynasty was soon overthrown and replaced by the Chen（陈）Dynasty.
