1.Lan-Ling (蘭陵) was a historical region in present-day Shandong Province, China. Its name literally means “Orchid Tomb”, or “Orchid Hill”. This song, as the OP to the Chinese TV drama “the Prince of Lan-Ling”, has references to the historical context. Actually, the famous Chinese Opera piece, “the Song of Battle Entry of the Prince of Lan-Ling (蘭陵王入陣曲)”, gave this song its name.
