头上花枝照酒卮[2]，
酒卮中有好花枝。
身经两世[3]太平日，
眼见四朝[4]全盛时。
况复筋骸[5]粗[6]康健，
那堪时节正芳菲[7]？
酒涵[8]花影红光溜[9]，
争忍[10]花前不醉归？
注释：
[1] 邵雍：北宋有名的隐士。《千家诗》注说：“此言盛世芳春之乐也。首联言花枝映酒，杯卮涌花。次言身经两世之太平，眼见四朝之全盛。三十年为一世，年已六十，真宗、仁宗、英宗、神宗为四朝，皆宋朝太平全盛之时也。而且身躯康健，时节芳菲，争忍坐对名花美酒而不醉归耶？”作者对《易经》和八卦很有研究。

[3] 世：古称三十年为一世。
[4] 四朝：指北宋真宗、仁宗、英宗和神宗四个朝代。
[5] 筋骸：筋骨，指身体。
[6] 粗：大致。
[7] 芳菲：花木鲜艳芬芳。
[8] 涵：包含。
[9] 溜：闪动。
[10] 争忍：怎能忍耐。
Song of Flower Spray
Shao Yong
The flower spray on my head reflected in the wine,
From my wine cup upsurges a spray of flower fine.
I’ve lived in time of peace as long as sixty years,
And seen four reigns of prosperity with my peers.
Moreover, I am still in good health, safe and sound.
How can I miss the flowers in full bloom all around?
The flower’s shadow reddens my wine where it’s sunk.
How can I leave these blossoms without getting drunk?
《插花吟》是北宋诗人邵雍创作的一首七言律诗。热情地赞颂了那一时代，他把芳菲的春景、闲适的生活和整个社会状况联系起来写，表达了内心极度的欢愉，毫无粉饰太平之嫌，写得真实、健康、开朗。
The “Song of Flower Spray” is a seven-line poem written by Shao Yong, a poet of the Northern Song Dynasty. The poem is a passionate tribute to that era, and he writes about the fragrant spring scenery, the leisurely life and the whole social situation, expressing the extreme joy in his heart, without any suspicion of whitewashing the peace, and writing in a true, healthy and cheerful way.
