他们说你是一个孤独的诗人
他们说你有一颗忧郁的灵魂
你过的岁月是否像我所想像里那般寂寥
是否水中有你的心思像一尾鱼缓缓徘徊

人世的轻吟掩覆在你身上
总有多少无奈付托流水寄怀
究竟你愿长久躺在今世的江里
还是期望中捉摸的手解开你深邃的面容

笑傲人世是一份何等的情怀
众醉独醒是一种怎样的悲哀
悠悠的江水卷逝走亘古以来的萧条凄凉
取代水中你的愁怅是岸上我独自徘徊

龙舟的喧哗划出波波水纹
追思掠过江面片刻又将你遗忘
也许你将年年享受五月的粽香
也许等待着另一次际遇　看一看江上的阳光

They said you were a lonely poet
They said you had a depressed soul
The age you passed by, was it in such solitude as I imagine?
Is there your thought in water like a slowly roaming fish?

Hums of mortal world covering on you
So much helplessness gone with the meandering
On earth do you prefer lying eternally in the river of present
Or the touching hand in expectation to loosen your anxious face?

What the feelings of laughing at this world
What the sorrow of keeping mind clear amongst drunkards
Flowing river has taken the ancient bleakness away
Along the shore I walk alone to and fro instead of your woe in river

Cries from dragonboats draw ripples on water
Reminiscence passes through and forgets you immediately
Perhaps you’ll enjoy the fragrance of zongzi in every Liuyue
Probably you’re awaiting another experience of seeing the sunshine over

Liuyue（榴月，Liúyuè）is a classical expression referring to the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar. Not to be confused with “Liùyuè”（六月，the sixth month of both CLC and Gregorian calendar ）.
