【释文】汀洲无浪复无烟，楚客相思益渺然。汉口夕阳斜渡鸟，洞庭秋水远（连）天。孤城背岭寒吹角，独树临江夜泊船。贾谊上书忧汉室，长沙谪去古今怜。
【款识】远下脱连。刘长卿鹦鹉洲望岳阳寄元中丞诗，高邕。
【注释】汀洲：水中可居之地，指鹦鹉洲。楚客：指到此的旅人。夏口古属楚国境。孤城：指汉阳城，城后有山。角：古代军队中的一种吹乐器。
【简析】
这首诗仍然是遭贬后抚景感怀之作。诗意与前一首诗相同，借怜贾谊贬谪长沙，以喻自己的遭贬谪。全诗以写景为主，但处处切题，以“汀洲”切鹦鹉洲，以“汉口”切夏口，以“孤城”切岳阳。最后即景生情，抒发被贬南巴的感慨，揭示出向元中丞寄诗的意图。

【Simple Translation】
This poem is still a poem about the feeling of being deported. The meaning of the poem is the same as that of the previous poem, in which Jia Yi’s deportation to Changsha is used as a metaphor for his own deportation. The whole poem is mainly about the scenery, but it is relevant everywhere, with “Tingzhou” cutting Nautilus Island, “Hankou” cutting Xiakou, and “Lone City” cutting Yueyang. At the end, the poem expresses the emotion of being relegated to Namba and reveals the intention of sending the poem to Yuan.
