（二首其一）
张载
北芒[1]何垒垒[2]，高陵[3]有四五。
借问谁家坟，皆云汉世主。
恭文遥相望，原陵郁膴膴[4]。
季世[5]丧乱起，贼盗如豺虎。
毁壤过一抔[6]，便房启[7]幽户。
珠柙离玉体，珍宝见剽虏[8]。
园寝化为墟，周墉[9]无遗堵[10]。
蒙笼[11]荆棘生，蹊径登童竖[12]。
狐兔窟其中，芜秽不复扫。
颓陇并垦发，萌隶营农圃。
昔为万乘君，今为丘中土。
感彼雍门言，悽怆哀今古。
注释：
[1] 北芒：也作邙山，在今河南洛阳市东北，汉魏时，王侯公卿多葬于此。
[2] 垒垒：坟冢一个挨一个。形容坟墓很多。
[3] 高陵：指陵墓。
[4] 膴膴：膏腴，肥沃。
[5] 季世：末代；一个历史时代的末段。
[6] 抔：相当于“捧”“把”“握”。
[7] 启：打开。
[8] 剽虏：掳掠的人。
[9] 周墉：围墙。
[10] 堵：房子的墙壁。
[11] 蒙笼：指草木茂盛之处。
[12] 童竖：小孩子。
Song of Seven Sorrows (I)
Zhang Zai
Graves pile on graves on northern hill;
Three or five tombs are higher still.
Who lie in the tombs of the three?
Emperors of Han dynasty.
Imperial tombs stand face to face;
Overgrown with weeds is now the place.
When turmoil rose, the times were hard;
Robbers came like tiger or pard.
Graveyard was destroyed far and wide,
Tombs opened in the countryside.
The corpse deprived of jewel boxes,
The robbers plundered them like foxes.
In ruins lie the temple halls
And crumbled the enclosing walls.
In dim light thorns and brambles grow;
On footpath herds and cowboys go.
Where fox and hare make cave and stay,
Dirt and dust are not swept away.
Wasteland in ridges is plowed and tilled,
And plots with vegetables filled.
The emperors of olden days
Are turned now into clods of clays.
Thinking of the sage out of view,
Can I not grieve for old and new?
