1.Beginning of a popular Chinese tongue twister, continued in the next refrain.
2.I’ve made a wild guess here with the name “Vasily”, since 夫司基 (Fusiji) doesn’t closely match any Russian name I can think of (“Vasily” really should be something like 瓦西里, Waxili). This 夫司基 is used for transliterating the ending “ovsky” of some Russian surnames like “Tchaikovsky”.
