Mozi (around 468 BC – 376 BC), originally named Mo Di, was a Chinese philosopher, educator, scientist, military strategist and social activist during the Warring-States Period. Born in Shandong Province, China, he founded and developed the school of Mohism. In addition, Mozi’s thought was compiled into a book called Mozi by Mohists.
