赠刘司户蕡[1]
江风吹浪动云根，
重碇[2]危樯[3]白日昏。
已断燕鸿初起势，
更惊骚客后归魂。
汉廷急诏谁先入，
楚路高歌自欲翻。
万里相逢欢复泣，
凤巢西隔九重门。
宣宗大中二年（847年）春，李商隐与被贬去柳州的刘蕡在长沙一带相遇，李商隐写此诗相赠。诗人由眼前江风的险恶联想到国家的隐忧，像刘蕡这样的国之栋梁居然连遭数贬，希望朝廷能够迅速觉悟，重招刘蕡回朝辅佐，澄清积弊。同时表达了诗人与刘蕡同为天涯沦落人那种欢泣交加的复杂感情。
注释：
[1]刘蕡：敬宗宝历二年（826年）进士，博学能文，李商隐对他非常推崇。
[2]碇：系船的石墩。
[3]樯：桅杆。
For an Exiled Friend
Waves surge when blows the wind,clouds rooted in rocks shiver,
The mast and anchor tremble on the darkened river.
How could the northern swan fly up with broken wings?
How could the exiled poet find his Southern springs?
Who would answer the summons of the royal court?
A poet would sing freely the days long or short.
Happy to meet so far from homeland,we shed tears.
When could the phoenix fly to nine celestial spheres?
Note:The poet expresses his sympathy with his exiled friend,wishing him to be recalled like a phoenix or a swan.
